About

I discovered running during my pregnancy while living in Colorful Colorado. My evenings were spent at the gym lifting weights and running a 16 minute mile on the treadmill, simply in hopes of getting a good night’s sleep. My husband and I would explore new trails and hike up glorious mountains until I was 36 weeks pregnant. Nearly there at 39 weeks, I came home from the gym like usual, then woke up and was in labor! You can read my full birth story HERE.

At six months postpartum, I signed up for my first race, a local 5k. I had been sleep-deprived, nursing on-demand, highly emotional, and adjusting to our recent move to the Pacific Northwest. After I started running, I began noticing an increase in my energy levels as well as having a more positive outlook on life. I felt more connected with my little family and developed a healthy confidence that I never knew existed. Running has forever changed my life for the better and I hope to share that experience with YOU! My goal is to inspire fellow mommas to enjoy life, move with a purpose, and get outdoors with your little ones. Let’s share this adventure together!
